Calm, cool & collected…

I introduced the energy techniques below in my first book Did You Know?: love-light. They are very simple to learn, quick to do, and wonderfully effective. Can you imagine if you had done “exercises” like these as a child? If your whole family had practiced them? If you could have moved upset energy out of your body?

I wrote my books especially with families in mind because of the potential that a group has to pass on its energy. But whether four members of a family read them or it is YOU on your own, what is important is that the gift of your light grows and flows from YOU outward to the world.

When you learn to flow your light like this,
It helps your family and anyone near,
As they can’t help but realize
That you are like a mirror…

A mirror that reflects back to them
Their very own light to see –
A different way to sense things,
A different way to be!

*And to be even more specific with the first exercise, you can focus your breathing on where energy may seem to be “stuck.” (Perhaps you have a headache or tension in your shoulders.) So instead of sending your breath directly to your belly, you can send it to wherever you feel any distress, surround that area with light/love, and then breathe it out “down or up” as stated in the directions. Relax and see what happens. Give it a chance to help.
